● Please note that inventory information and photos may contain errors. In the event of any discrepancy, the actual product shall prevail.
● Inventory information is updated regularly; however, all items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and may be sold without prior notice.
● As a general rules, we do not hold items. However, for items with confirmed payment, we can hold them for up to two months.
② About Sales Contracts
● All sales are concluded under a “Machinery Sales Agreement”.
③ About Payment
● Payment must be made by bank transfer within one week after order confirmation. (Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.)
●We do not accept payment by promissory notes or checks. Thank you for your understanding.
④ Inspection & Test Operation
● If you wish to inspect the product or request a test run, please contact us by phone in advance.
● Visits are by appointment only; we cannot accommodate walkins.
⑤Warranty
● As all products are used items, they are sold as-is, and no warranty is provided.
● Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
● Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the product as much as possible and make purchased at their own responsibility.
⑥Non-Conformity Liability
● As all products handled are used items, we do not assume liability for non-conformity.
●The customer may not request a refund, demand repair or replacement, claim damages, or cancel the contract on the grounds that the product does not conform to the terms of this agreement. Thank you for your understanding.
⑦Shipment
● Shipment will be arranged only after confirmation of full payment.
●Preparation for shipment (such as oil drainage, packing, etc.) must be carried out by the customer. If this is not feasible, please contact us for assistnce.
⑧Transportation
● The procut price does not include loading, transportation, or installation costs.
●The customer is responsible for arranging transportation.
⑨Product Liability
● The customer acknowledges that we do not fall under the definition of a”manufacture, etc.” as stipulated in Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Product Liability Act with respect to the products we handle.
⑩Compliance with Export Control Laws
● The customer is required to comply with the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act of Japan, the Export trade Control Order, the Foreign Exchange Order and related ministerial ordinances (collectively, “Foreign Exchange Laws”), as well as U.S. export control laws and regulations and other applicable laws and regurlations of relevant countries when handling the products.
● If export or provision of technology requires prior authorization under the applicable laws and regulations, the customer must obtain the necessary approval from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan (or the relevant authorities of other countries).
● In the event the customer resells the product to a third party, the customer must notify such third party in writing of the above requirements. If there is any concern regarding unauthorized export, the customer shall refrain from proceeding with such sale.
